Samidori
さみどりA bright, almost crystalline ceremonial grade from the Yahagi plain.

· 30g tin
Nishio's mineral-rich soil and morning fog produce a matcha with unusual clarity. Samidori is the most demanding cultivar to grow — slow, low-yield — and rewards the patience with a clean, almost glass-like sweetness.
